Oil on canvas painting "Fantasy" by Viktor Kazarin (Russian, born in 1948). The abstract style painting depicts a human figure flying in streams of colored rays. The painting is signed and dated on the right side: "98 KB." Also, there is a handwritten signature in Russian on the reverse of the wooden frame: "Kazarin "Fantasy."
