A golden stater, circa 88-86 BC Kingdom of Pontus, Mithridates VI Eupator. On the obverse, there is a profile of Alexander the Great with the horn of Zeus Amun, turned to the right. On the reverse – the image of the seated goddess Athena, who with one hand rests on the shield, and in the other holds the goddess of victory, Nika. Weight: 0.3 oz., 8 g.
