AUCTION 25 ORDERS AND DECORATIONS: A LONG ISLAND COLLECTION
The lot includes: 1. A badge "Excellence in the Socialist Competition of Railway Transport. Brass, enamel. The badge depicts a train traveling across the bridge. The space under the bridge is covered with blue enamel, against which the crossed hammer and sickle stand out. S/N 82960 is engraved on the back. Pinback. 2. A badge "Drummer of Stalin’s call." Brass, enamel. The sign is a composition with a hex nut in the center. In the form of a tunnel, a steam locomotive on the top of a hammer. Above there is a red star. S/N 47809 is engraved on the reverse. Screwback. The screw has a stamp of the Leningrad Workshop of the "IZO" partnership, 1936. 3. A badge for "Excellent mover." Bronze, enamel. On the top, there is a red banner covered with red enamel. At the lower part of the badge, there is a gilded emblem of two crossed tools. The screw is stamped by the mint.
