AUCTION 29: MILITARY ORDERS, DECORATIONS, ARMS AND ARMOR
This is an incredible father/son veteran grouping of a WW1 2nd Division field artillery soldier and his son who was a WW2 veteran of the 168th Regiment, 34th Division who was awarded a Purple Heart in Tunisia in 1942. The lot contains over 200 photographs from WW1 and WW2 which include portraits of both father and son and multiple news articles. The lot contains medals/badges/insignia, etc. The map of France shows points of where the veteran served. It also includes a 2nd Division WW1 helmet. It is unnamed so can only be attributed to the veteran.
