Lot 150:
A flintlock musket with lock marked "M.RE ROYALE DE VERSAILLES." Barrel bears inscription in gold "Compagnie des Cent Suisses du Roi." Wooden stock without cracks and is marked "V", steel butt plate is also marked. Trigger guard, barrel bands, and left lock plate are all brass and stamped by the maker. Bayonet is marked by the manufacturer. Flintlock is in good working condition. The Manufacture de Versailles produced 151 first type muskets in 1814 and 87 second type muskets in 1815.
