Percussion shotgun with octagon barrels inlaid in silver "BARTH: JOSEPH KUCHENREUTER-A-RATISBONNE." Percussion triggers, action plate has engraved border and "Kuchenreuter" written in script. The buttplate, trigger guard, ramrod pipes and barrel wedge escutcheons are ornate silver. Carving on the stock with silver thumb rest escutcheon with 3 rampant lions crest and a French style crown.
