Depicting three tipsy peasants staggering home whilst singing to the balalaika played by the center figure. Watercolor on paper, dated 29 November 1906 at lower left and inscribed “g. Lobny” in Cyrillic, apparently the town of Lobnya outside Moscow. Matted and framed under glass. Condition Very good. Dimensions 8 ½ x 11 3/8 in. (21.5 x 28.8 cm); as framed 14 ¾ x 17 3/8 in. (37.4 x 44 cm)
