Sevres porcelain Russian Emperor Pavel I bust on blue ceramic base. The plaster finish surface of the un-glazed and undecorated porcelain resembles flawless marble. The bust is rested upon a ceramic base with a cobalt and gilt finish. Marked by Sevre manufacturer on the bottom in brown and green ink under glaze.
