Oil on board, signed lower right. A. Michurin was born in the small town of Kovulkino, Mordovia, USSR. Graduated in 1962 from "Memory of 1905 Art School" in Moscow. His teacher was a famous artist M.V. Dobroserdov, an Honored Artist of the Soviet Union. Michurin was a member of the USSR Artist Union from 1985 and a member of Moscow Artist Union since 1994. Michurin participated in a number of exhibitions in Moscow and other Republics of the USSR. The largest personal exhibition "FORUM" was held in Moscow in 1975 (120 paintings). The artist’s work is currently displayed in Moscow Kremlin as well as in private collections in several countries.
