Russian silver beaker mid 18th century, of cylindrical form with chased roundels of tree a hare and bird, within strapwork, raised on three ball feet. Dated under the hallmark of St. George (Moscow) 178.. the rest is not readable, other silver hallmarks are: Cyrillic letters: V.A, LFP, P.S.G. Weight: 3.8 oz., 108 g.
Dimensions: H: 3 1/8 in., (8 cm.)
Condition: Very good overall considering the age, gilding is intact, a few minor dents to the exterior surface
