A Frederic Theodore Lix (French Painter, 1830-1897) ink portrait depicting Nicholas II, Alexandra, first daughter Olga and mother of Nicholas II Empress Maria Feodorovna. Signed lower right, painted around ca. 1896. Because Nicholas II the first daughter Olga was born in 1895 and F.T. Lix died in 1897 we dated the painting as 1896.
