Russian Imperial bronze sculpture by Nikolaj Ivanovic Liberich depicting a hunter and a seal. Circa 1900. The sculpture is very realistic and with authentic details depicts a hunter in a Yakut national costume, who, with the help of an ice ax, gets close to the seal. The ice rock serving as the base of the sculpture is made from a large piece of natural rock crystal in its raw form.
Dimensions: L: 7 3/8 in., (18.5 cm.)
Condition: Good condition, light wear.
