WW1 Turkish Ottoman silver Red Crescent Medal Nr. 338 along with a Nurse’s Badge and a Gallipoli Star (Harp Madalyasi). Instituted in 1915. Of German manufacture, in nickel-plated brass with red enamels, ball finials on the tips of the star points.
