Oil on canvas painting "The Living Room" by Ivan Petrovich Vasiliev (Russian, 20th century), 1984. Signed by the artist at the lower left, also signed, titled and dated on the back. Professionally framed in a gilt wooden frame. Signed on the back of the frame: "Paper attached said Joseph Brodsky lived in this house in Leningrad. Russian word for hotel is on back of painting."
Dimensions: 20 x 16 in., (51 x 41 cm.)
Condition: Overall condition good with signs of wear and partialy cracked areas.
