Oleg Vukolov, Rusian, 1933 – present. The painting is titled "Arkhangelskoye, Theater Gonzaga" with an old label on the verso. Signed and dated 1986 lower right. Footnote: Pietro di Gottardo Gonzaga (1751 – 1831), the great European theatrical designer of the 18th and 19th centuries, saw himself as an unfulfilled architect.

Condition: Very good, no visible signs of restoration
