The obverse is decorated with an embossed seated lion figure set with a ruby and diamond, the reverse is covered with white guilloche enamel and set with a round-cut diamond. Inside is a black and white photograph of a child. Presented in its original case. Hallmarks: 56 zolotniks old Russian gold standard for 14K gold, maker’s mark "AA." Weight: 0.7 oz., 18 gr.
