AUCTION # 33 ANTIQUE ARMS, ARMOR & DECORATIONS
A Nazi German Luftwaffe Civilian Radio Operator badge constructed of silvered tombak. The obverse consists of a winged mobile swastika, while the reverse is plain, with a horizontal slender banjo style pin back with a barrel hinge and a round wire catch. Marked C.E. Juncker, Berlin SW on the reverse. Circa the mid-late 1930s. Was instituted on April 1, 1936, and it was conferred upon civilian aircrew members of the German Luftwaffe.
