AUCTION # 33 ANTIQUE ARMS, ARMOR & DECORATIONS
A set of four German WW2 postcards from the Our Waffen SS series issued by permission of the SS Main Office being a part of Nazi propaganda. On the front side, each postcard holds a photo of SS soldiers. On the reverse, the upper left has two lines of text describing the image, and the lower-left has short information indicating the name of the war reporter who took the photograph and authorization for publication. The postcards are all standard size and were printed by the Kunstverlag E. A. Schwerdtfeger and Co. AG., Berlin. Circa 1940.
Dimensions: 5 7/8 x 4 5/16 in., (15 x 11 cm.)
Condition: Very good.
