Bashlyk for the lower ranks, with sewn-on ends, model 1914. It is made from ordinary cloth, in accordance with Order No. 652 of 1914, allowing the production of military uniforms for the duration of the war, both from cloth-like cotton fabrics and from all suitable felts and fabrics on the market.
