French porcelain humorous figural group depicting a man in a bowler hat carrying a baby in one hand, bundles under his arms and luggage in the other hand. Features a nodding head and chin. A hollow basket is installed behind his back. The figurine is neatly hand-painted. Raised on a ground-modeled base inscribed in French: "Poste aux Commissions." Insiesed marks on the verso.
Dimensions: H: 7 1/8 in., (18 cm.)
Condition: Very good, no restoration.
