Max Schott, Art Nouveau oil on canvas painting "Innocence, " depicts a young beauty with a headdress decorated with a red poppy flower. Signed by the artist upper left. Housed in an old gilt wood frame bearing a metal plaque inscribed with the name of the artist and the title of the painting. Max Schott (German, born in 1860 – ?) is known for portraits, figures, and interior paintings.
Dimensions: 21 1/4 x 17 1/2 in., (54 x 44.5 cm.)
Condition: Good, no signs of restoartion.
