AUCTION 35: DECEMBER 2022 DECORATIVE AND FINE ART SALE
A Nymphenburg porcelain tea or coffee set , ca. 1905-06, designed by Prof. Wackerle, executed by H. Moosbauer, model no. XXX. The set features dark brown background, baluster, middle and gold heightened with surrounding rose and tulips band in style typical fashion of Wackerle, running tape curled into itself, pageantry side in rich virtuosic variation of the individual flower shapes.
Dimensions: Tray: 13 1/2 in., (34.5 cm.), tea pot : 8 1/2 in., (20.5 cm.)
Condition: Excellent, no chips or cracks
