A mid-19th century Neoclassical oil painting in the manner of Jean-Auguste-Dominique Ingres (1780-1867). The painting depicts a portrait of a noble lady in a blue dress. Unsigned, probably French. Presented in the period giltwood and gesso frame.

Dimensions: 29 x 23 1/2 in., (73 x 59.5 cm.)

Condition: Very good overall, small sports of restoration on the right and left of the seated figure.
