A Fascist Italian WW2 SS volunteer sleeve shield patch manufactured in red and yellow threading on the black wool shield and featuring a fasces, a bound bundle of wooden rods, including an axe with its blade emerging. The shield-shaped border that goes around the fascist symbol is matching yellow.
