Indian sword from Mysore, with a brass hilt, engraved with the shape of a lion chasing an antelope. Hilt chiseled in relief with floral and foliate ornaments. Wide curved single-edged blade with a narrow fuller on either side.19th century.
Dimensions: L: 35 1/16 in., (89 cm.)
Condition: Very good with blade lightly pitted.
