Lot 368:
The Chinese sword Boxer Rebellion. Steel curved smooth blade with an S-shaped guard, blade engraved with a snake-footed woman. The wooden handle is wrapped in gray cord, the pommel is covered with black snakeskin leather. The wooden scabbard is covered with black snakeskin with brass details. In the upper part of the scabbard, there is an engraving depicting a scorpion on both sides.
Dimensions: L: 27 9/16 in., (70 cm.)
Condition: Very good.
