Original antique Dresden Saxony porcelain figurine depicting a French navy officer wearing the uniform of Napoleonic wars and holding a telescope. Finely modeled, neatly hand-painted, and highlighted with gilding. Signed in French to the base: "Officier de Marine." The maker’s mark is a five-pronged crown with the letter N in gold, circa 1900.
