Antique 19th-century bronze figurine depicting a mounted Cossack. The rider stands on his feet on the stirrups holding the whip in one hand and the reins in the other. This composition probably depicts riding – dzhigitovka (performing dzhigitovka, the riders at full gallop stand up, jump to the ground, and back to the saddle), traditional for the Caucasian people. Unsigned. The surface is covered with a beautiful brown patina.
