Boris Efimov (Russian, Soviet, c.1900 – 2008), watercolor and ink on card caricature drawing "Osedlali Svobodu" [Saddled Freedom], 1971. Signed by the artist and dated ’71 on the lower left, titled in pencil on the lower center, also signed in pencil on the upper right. Note: Boris Yefimovich Yefimov was a Soviet, Russian and Ukrainian political cartoonist best known for his critical political caricatures of Adolf Hitler and other Nazis produced before and during the Second World War, and was the chief illustrator of the newspaper Izvestia.

Condition: Very good, no tears or orhter damage.
